Weather is looking goof for the on The Thruway Modifieds, ROC Sportsman, and Empire Series IMCA Modifieds tonight. Modifieds 50 Laps, $5000 to win, ROC Sportsman 30 Laps, $1000, and IMCA Modifieds $500 to win. Grandstand Admission Adults $18, Kids $10, 8 and under Free. Rain date is Wednesday, August 31.

July 22 Racing -- Afton Fair Night

Racing is on! Weather is clear and very hot. No coolers in grandstands (sorry folks). Fair Admission $3 age 5 and under, grandstand admission $8 (sponsored by Chambers and O'Hara). Race cars use South entrance. Hot laps at 615, racing at 7pm.

Weather report is looking great! A misprint in Gater Racing News indicated that admission is $12 tonight. It is actually $10. Route 7 between Afton and Bainbridge is still closed. I-88 is the alternate route.
